$15 per signature + travel
Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and healthcare directives. I come to your home, office, hospital room, or care facility — days, evenings, weekends, and same-day. Serving Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange & LA Counties.
Loan Signing Agent
$150 per signing
Purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and commercial closings. Documents printed, tabbed, and delivered. Scan-backs and same-day drop available. Every page checked before I leave the table. Evening and weekend appointments.
Transaction Coordination
$450 per file
Contract-to-close file management for California agents. Deadlines and contingencies tracked, disclosures prepared and delivered, documents collected, and every party — escrow, title, lender, the other side — kept in the loop. Weekly status updates so you always know where the file stands.
